Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care and support to individuals in their private residences. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as domestic duties, shopping, and personal care, while also promoting the individual's independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with domestic tasks, including laundry, housework, and meal preparation
- Support with outdoor activities, such as walking and exercise
- Accompany clients to appointments and engage in leisure activities
- Provide mobility assistance to ensure the client's safety
- Support with personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Requirements:
- Experience in providing care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Consistency and reliability in performing daily tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS check is required
We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, which is above the national average for this role. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and career prospects within our organization.
