### Role Purpose

At Higgs LLP, our Private Client Principal Associate/Director will play a crucial role in supporting clients on all aspects of wealth work. This includes reviewing existing estate planning documentation, preparing wills, and advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of trusts for asset protection purposes and be able to advise on pilot trusts associated with pension planning and life policies.

### Key Responsibilities

* Working as part of the wider private client team to provide supervision and support to more junior team members
* Efficient administration, billing, and cost recovery to meet agreed targets
* Conducting regular reviews of debts, work in progress, and disbursements
* Assisting in the implementation of the departmental business plan and contributing towards the wealth business plan
