Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Principal IT. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our clients' desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop-related issues
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and virus scans
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Android/iOS operating systems
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL certification a plus
