Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Responsible for the update of the IT Helpdesk ticketing system by maintaining accurate records.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar.
  • Good language and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Microsoft/Comptia/ITIL and cisco would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Network troubleshooting, and MS Intune.
