Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Prestige Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware and Software Support
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
  • Helpdesk and Ticketing
    • Manage and resolve technical issues reported by end-users
    • Update and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system
  • Security and Compliance
    • Ensure the security and integrity of our desktop infrastructure
    • Implement and maintain security patches and updates
  • Knowledge Management
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
    • Share knowledge and best practices with team members

Requirements

  • Technical Skills
    • Proven experience in desktop support and technical troubleshooting
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365
    • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and MS Intune
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
