Job Description:
As a Commercial and Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships, supporting project profitability, and providing data-driven insights to optimise contract and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse customer activity, project performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Analyse contract terms, changes, and disputes using data to inform negotiations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contract & Financial Management: Track cash flow, costs, and project profitability. Ensure timely revenue recognition and adherence to contractual terms.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in analysing financial and operational data.
  • Experience in managing contracts and projects, with a focus on financial success.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple data streams and provide clear, detailed reports on performance.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
