About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Performance Analyst to join our team at Eden Scott. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing customer activity, project performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and contract management, with experience in managing contracts and projects in industries such as engineering, energy, technical services, and construction.

You will work closely with the Project Delivery Manager to monitor project performance from a financial perspective, providing analytical support to help meet and exceed financial targets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about using data to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse customer activity, project performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Analyse contract terms, changes, and disputes using data to inform negotiations and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contract & Financial Management: Track cash flow, costs, and project profitability. Ensure timely revenue recognition and adherence to contractual terms.
  • Financial Forecasting: Prepare detailed financial forecasts, track variances, and present data-backed recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an analytical role within project-based industries (e.g., engineering, energy, technical services, construction).
  • Strong financial forecasting and modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights.
  • UK driving licence required for travel.
Salary:

£40,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
