Job Title: Business Performance Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Performance Analyst to join our team at CV-Library in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh. As a key member of our Finance function, you will play a critical role in defining and realising our Finance Operating Model.

You will be responsible for managing the capture and analysis of Finance benchmarking and activity analysis data, developing simple ways to capture and analyse data, making it easily accessible. You will also build, manage, and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver activities to input to industry benchmarking in line with timelines, managing the capture and approval of data.
  • Be responsible for the development of tools and owning the Finance activity analysis enabling simple and consistent capture of data.
  • Maintain the timeline for refreshed aligned to industry benchmarking and business operating model considerations.
  • Seek data to support and feed into business operating model considerations underway from external and internal data points that help build the case for change.
  • Track data on all operating model changes and feed into Finance reporting and the operating model design authority.
  • Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
