**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Performance Reporting Manager to join our team at NatWest. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality financial reports and forecasts that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
