Job Title: Reliability Performance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Performance Manager to join our team at Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing in Edinburgh. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining continuous production by improving equipment reliability and implementing engineering best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading an engineering team, preferably in the FMCG environment, with a proven track record of improving overall site performance. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop reliability technicians and planners to ensure departmental improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health and Safety is a top priority and maintain safe working practices.
- Coach and develop reliability technicians and planners to drive departmental improvement.
- Set and measure objectives for direct reports to ensure KPI delivery.
- Schedule maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with PPM standards.
- Own and manage the CMMS system to deliver 100% compliance to scheduled PPM.

Requirements:
- Experience in leading an engineering team in the FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Good working knowledge of PdM techniques and planning/scheduling processes.
- Competency in using a CMMS system.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
