Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Reliability Engineer to join our team at Leonardo SpA. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real impact on the aerospace industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, FMEA, and risk management, with excellent knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.

This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct reliability studies on aerospace systems and components.
  • Analyse data to identify potential areas for improvement and provide recommendations for design enhancements.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, systems, quality assurance, and other teams to integrate reliability and risk management into the design process.
  • Support testing and validation activities, analysing results to inform future improvements.

Requirements

  1. A degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, preferably with experience in industry, defence, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of RMT analysis techniques, failure modes effects & criticality analysis (FMEA/FMECA), and risk management principles.
