  • Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.
  • Coach the team on Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

As Line Manager, you'll focus on all aspects of managing and developing your team members.

Key Responsibilities (Line Manager)

  • Develop an effective onboarding process for new team members.
  • Assist new team members in understanding their role expectations and career aspirations.
  • Build positive relationships through regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Implement ongoing performance management practices.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I, SSM) is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for removing obstacles and maintaining team focus.
