Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Riot Games. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing project plans based on our Northern Europe strategy, working closely with the League of Legends Brand Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans to achieve marketing objectives in Northern Europe.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Management team to plan and execute community events.
  • Manage partner relationships to ensure our partners are informed about our games and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain an accountability matrix to track stakeholder progress.
  • Support budget tracking and provide financial insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with various Riot teams to obtain content, assets, and stay informed of time frames and changes.
  • Ensure marketing assets, web content, and community materials meet high standards and align with our player-focused approach.
  • Facilitate meetings, take notes, and action items to ensure effective communication.
  • Assist in creating retro reports post-campaign and define possible risks and mitigations for key projects.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in events, marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in project management across multiple large-scale campaigns.
  • Understanding of the Northern European gaming landscape, including cultural, behavioral, and social needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, and partners effectively.
