Educational Mentor for Students with Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Educational Mentor to join our team at Step Teachers. In this role, you will work closely with students with complex needs, providing individualized support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored support plans for students with SEN, focusing on their individual needs.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons, catering to each student's requirements.
  • Create a supportive learning environment that fosters independence and confidence among students.
  • Work with colleagues and external professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.

Compensation: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
