Special Educational Needs Primary Teacher

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. They will work closely with teaching assistants, support staff, and the school community to create an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and social growth.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* QTS and relevant teaching qualifications.
* Experience working with pupils who have Severe Learning Difficulties and complex needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.
* Excellent benefits package, including ongoing training and professional development opportunities, health insurance, and pension scheme.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, long-term position, requiring Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm working hours.
