Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our fostering recruitment and assessment team. As a Fostering Recruitment and Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of our recruitment strategy for foster carers, overseeing the development of connected persons assessments, and providing expert advice to other teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a robust annual foster carer recruitment strategy
  • Leading on the development of connected persons assessments
  • Providing expert advice to other teams on fostering recruitment and assessment
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Experience in fostering recruitment and assessment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
