Life Enrichment Assistant

We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team, supporting an individual with severe learning disability, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and ADHD. As a Life Enrichment Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a stimulating and enjoyable environment that encourages the service user to engage in various activities. Your passion for enhancing the lives of others will shine through as you work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement tailored support plans. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activity plans to promote engagement and enjoyment
- Support the service user with daily living tasks
- Encourage participation in leisure activities
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Outgoing and passionate about enriching the service user's life
- Knowledge of positive behaviour support
