We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Elsdon Mews, where we support 6 adults with learning disabilities in their own home.

About the Job

This is a permanent contracted position, offering a minimum contract of 26 hours per week covering all shift patterns.

The successful candidate will assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.

You will work closely with the individuals we support to create personalized plans that meet their unique needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, and medication management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver personalized support plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience is desirable, but not required. Full training will be provided.
  • A DBS check is mandatory for this position.
