About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our Back Office team, focusing on our Cloud Platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Back Office IT Cloud Platform service delivery, ensuring robust service availability levels, performance, and process maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Retail and Regulatory Back-office SaaS applications
  • Consult and/or solution architecture in Cloud Data and Analytics applications, Middleware and integration in a retail environment
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to converse effectively at all levels of the business
  • ITIL processes and IT service Management processes
  • Demonstrate customer first thinking and behavior
  • Understand the process to manage risk
  • Role models continuous improvement
  • Has a proven track record proving effective teamwork and role-models the team ethic
  • Understands the value-add to the customer and external partners/clients
