HR & TUPE Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & TUPE Advisor to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert advice on employee relations and TUPE to ensure compliance with our procedures, policies, and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to the business, ensuring decisions are compliant with our procedures, policies, and employment legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Area Team to raise the profile of the HR Department and ensure strategic involvement and engagement on all key decisions.
- Undertake project management of transfers in and out under TUPE.
- Provide management information in relation to Employee Relations, including probation periods, AWOL, suspension payments, and long-term sickness.
- Manage and maintain HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant.
Essential Skills:
- HR and Employee Relations advisory experience, ideally with TUPE knowledge.
- CIPD Level 5 or at least 3 years HR experience.
- Ability to adapt to the team and build team spirit.
- Listens, consults others, and communicates proactively.
- Works cooperatively with internal customers.
- Challenges in an appropriate manner.
