About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & TUPE Advisor to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide expert advice on employee relations and TUPE matters, ensuring compliance with our procedures, policies, and employment legislation.

As a TUPE Advisor, you will be responsible for managing transfers in and out, providing accurate Employee Liability Information (ELI) within 28 days of transfer, and carrying out due diligence. You will also work closely with our HR Business Partners and Operations team to ensure a smooth transition for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Manage TUPE transfers, including providing ELI, carrying out due diligence, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the Area Team, raising the profile of the HR Department and ensuring strategic involvement and engagement on key decisions.
  • Provide management information on employee relations, including probation periods, AWOL, suspension payments, and long-term sickness.
  • Manage and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with employment legislation.

Essential Skills:

  • HR and Employee Relations advisory experience, ideally with TUPE knowledge.
  • CIPD Level 5 or at least 3 years HR experience.
  • Ability to adapt to the team and build team spirit.
  • Listens, consults others, and communicates proactively.
  • Works cooperatively with internal customers.
  • Challenges in an appropriate manner.
