HR & Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & TUPE Advisor to join our dynamic team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing professional HR advice to the business, ensuring compliance with our procedures, policies, and employment legislation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your HR expertise, with a focus on employee relations and TUPE. You will have the chance to develop and maintain relationships with the Area Team, raising the profile of the HR Department and ensuring strategic involvement and engagement on all key decisions.
As an HR & TUPE Advisor, you will be responsible for providing management information in relation to Employee Relations, ensuring understanding and implementation of our company values, and providing advice on Employee Relations to Line Managers.
You will also be responsible for managing Occupational Health referrals, filing all information to our online filing system, and updating records as appropriate to track and report work.
Additionally, you will be responsible for building relationships in the business to ensure we know about transfers at the earliest opportunities, providing accurate ELI within 28 days of transfer in line with legislation, and carrying out due diligence, working with compensation and benefits on benefits and HRBP/Ops on working practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice to the business, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and employment legislation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the Area Team, raising the profile of the HR Department.
- Provide management information in relation to Employee Relations.

Requirements:
- HR and Employee Relations advisory experience, ideally with TUPE knowledge.
- CIPD Level 5 or at least 3 years HR experience.
- Ability to adapt to the team and build team spirit.
