We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our commercial sales department. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve annual sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Organize events and exhibitions to engage with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to support business objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and inspiring a sales team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Results-driven background with a focus on sales performance
- Ability to support the Sales and Marketing team
- Comfortable with international and domestic travel
- Hold a full UK driving license
