Sales and Retention Director

Everlast Gyms seeks a Sales and Retention Manager to drive new member sales, maximize retention, and overall growth of the live member movement.
- Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador.
- Demonstrate elevated ways of working and advocate for the FUNDAMENTALS sales process.
- Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally.
- Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the team.
- Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product and secondary sales.
- Support the General Manager and wider team with operational tasks.
- Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships.
- Develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities.
