We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Kitchen Manager to join our team at Norse Commercial Services Limited. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, preparing, cooking, and serving meals for young people and school staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our customers.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Manage food allergens and special diets.
- Collaborate with our central team to manage kitchen operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Organized approach and good understanding of the food industry, costs, and working to a set budget.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
- Adaptable approach to work and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
