We are seeking an experienced Global Export Sales Director to join our client, a market leader in Highways Safety and Environmental Products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the export sales team and drive growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell the company's manufactured range of specialist Highways Safety and Environmental Products, including Waste Management Products, High Street Furniture, Bollards, and Seating Solutions, to overseas clients via Channel, Distribution, and In-Direct Sales channels.
  • Manage a small internal Export Sales team of 4, with a long-term view of expanding and growing the team and whole export division.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction, from proactive research and approach to onboarding and development of new customers.
  • Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth via indirect sales and marketing approaches.

Requirements:

  • Must have significant Export Sales experience and leadership/management experience.
  • Proven track record of selling to a distribution network.
  • Ability to work office-based Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

  • Up to £55k basic salary dependent on experience.
  • Southern weighting allowance (additional £6k) if based in London.
