Marketplace and Export Manager

The Advocate Group is partnering with a global leader in the Footwear and Apparel category to find a skilled Marketplace and Export Manager. This role involves driving business growth within marketplace retailers while overseeing all export regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the management of Next PLC and Zalando accounts, from collection sell-in to sell-out, including forecasting, product flow, and data analysis.
  2. Identify and facilitate the opening of new distribution points in line with the strategic plan.
  3. Conduct market analysis and report findings to the Sales Director, ensuring timely and professional completion of all reporting and administration tasks.
  4. Execute the export strategic plan by identifying growth opportunities in the EMEA region and continuously improving internal processes.
  5. Manage relationships with agents and distributors to uphold brand vision and encourage cross-selling across all regions.
  6. Prepare thoroughly for account meetings, including numerical data, available samples, and insights on market trends.
  7. Support retailers in maintaining a robust brand presence through effective in-store merchandising and online strategies.
  8. Proficient in analytical reporting and data interpretation.
  9. A full, clean driving license valid in the UK and EU.
  10. A passport that permits unrestricted travel within Europe and the US.
  11. Adaptable and flexible.
