About the Role

This full-time permanent position requires a self-motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, handling inbound customer calls, live chat, and email enquiries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, matching them to suitable products, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Converting inbound customer calls to bookings
  • Providing advice via live chat and email
  • Building rapport with customers and partners through professional responses
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on potential bookings
  • Ensuring timely resolution of customer enquiries within SLAs
About You
  • Demonstrable sales experience in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build rapport
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail
  • Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks accordingly
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs through questioning and information gathering
