About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Experience Manager to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the student experience, fostering strong relationships with students, teachers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Client and Customer Communication Initiatives: Develop and execute effective communication plans to engage with students, teachers, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing and Social Media Strategies: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote Sodexo's services, products, and events, leveraging social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Manage and Respond to Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Organize and Attend Pupil and Staff Engagement Events: Plan and execute events, workshops, and training sessions to engage students, teachers, and staff, promoting Sodexo's services and products.
  • Promote Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainability, reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with students, teachers, and clients, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience in a Similar Customer-Focused Role: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Demonstrable Experience of Using Marketing/Promotional Content: Experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, leveraging social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Experience of Event Coordination: Proven experience in planning and executing events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Experience of Using Various Communication Mediums: Experience in using various communication mediums, including social media, email, and phone, to engage with students, teachers, and clients.
  • Sound Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their benefits and limitations.
  • Highly Personable with Excellent Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong Communicator with Ability to Communicate to All Levels: Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and clients at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Proactive and Highly Organized: Proactive and highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Extremely Flexible: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of students, teachers, and clients.
  • An Excellent Eye for Detail: Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience as a Student Ambassador: Experience as a student ambassador, union/rep, or engagement office would be an advantage.
  • Basic Design, Photoshop, and Video Editing Skills: Basic design, Photoshop, and video editing skills would be an advantage.
