About the Role

As our new EMEA SEO Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing a best-in-class SEO strategy across Shark and Ninja brands in EMEA. This will involve creating and owning the SEO strategy, overseeing the execution of SEO activity, and taking a data-driven approach to optimize performance.

You will work closely with content and tech/IT teams to ensure SEO projects are delivered on time and support with QA. Additionally, you will need to manage and develop a team of SEO specialists across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving traffic and revenue growth in an eCommerce business. In terms of skills and qualifications, the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, experience using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush & AHrefs, and solid technical acumen.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
