Receptionist Opportunity at Malmaison

We are seeking a charismatic and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our hotel, Malmaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, setting the tone for their stay
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of hospitality
