Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our inclusive learning programs, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal growth of our SEN students.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring students receive tailored support to achieve their full potential.
- Provide academic and emotional support to SEN students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent support for students with special needs.
- Associate's degree in Special Education or a relevant certification.
- Proven experience working with children with special needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of their challenges and needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
