Early Years Practitioner Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner at Murrayfield Nursery in Edinburgh.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of young children, working closely with experienced staff to develop and implement effective plans.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning while working alongside experienced staff members
  • Developing engaging and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to meet the needs of children
  • Supporting the development of children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional skills
  • Building effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality care and education
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks for Early Years Curriculum

Salary Details

£18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
