We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs at beBee Professionals in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons to help students overcome learning barriers.
  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are desirable.
