Sales and Marketing Strategist

La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Sales Lead to join our team in Reading, UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's commercial objectives, focusing on increasing turnover, margins, and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including national and regional accounts, to drive long-term partnerships and trade relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, to implement the commercial strategy and negotiate marketing agreements with customers.
- Negotiate compensation agreements and apply and monitor the implementation of point-of-sale agreements.
- Develop and implement an action plan to drive sales growth, including turnover and trading plans.
- Establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with key clients from public and private procurement centers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the beauty and pharma industry.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
