We are seeking a support worker to work with young women, non-binary and trans people aged 12-19 in Fife. As a Theatre Support Staff, you will be part of our feminist youth theatre programme, working closely with the team to provide support and guidance to our participants.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The role involves working with us on Sundays from January to March, and then again in April for production and performance weeks. You may also be involved in additional activities such as theatre trips and training throughout the year.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. You will also need to be able to commit to regular Sunday sessions, and potentially other times as needed.
