About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Victoria House, a leading national charity providing innovative care, rehabilitation, and support solutions for people with profound physical impairments and acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and care to individuals with brain injuries, promoting independence and enabling them to achieve their personal goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a person-centred approach, ensuring the needs of each individual are met.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring that each person's needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible support.
