Personal Development Support Worker

We are seeking a Personal Development Support Worker to join our team.
Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outcome-focused, personalised support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and other additional support needs.
The ideal candidate will be a driver, as they will have access to a car used by the team to support daily activities. The role requires flexibility, as the candidate will work any day of the week and may need to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities:- Providing personal care and support to individuals
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- PVG and SSSC fees covered
- 30 days annual leave (rising to 35 days after 5 years)

Salary:£12.15 per hour pro rata, equivalent to approximately £23,000 per annum
