We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Adult Care Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Job Description:As an Adult Care Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Personalised Care: Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide Companionship: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation.
- Manage Medication: Collect prescriptions, provide reminders, and administer medication as required.
- Support Daily Living: Assist clients with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Patience and Compassion: A patient and compassionate approach, with the ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Dedicated and Flexible: A flexible and dedicated approach, with the ability to work varying shifts and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Competitive Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
