About the Role
  • Develop personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Work closely with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and assist with medical procedures.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Document client progress and communicate with healthcare professionals as needed.
