About the Role:

As a Project Lead, you will play a critical role in the delivery of the St Luke's Hospice Sculpture Trail project. This major project aims to raise the profile and understanding of St Luke's and deliver substantial additional funding. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, managing, and marketing the sculpture trail at all levels, offering it to supporters and donors.

The post holder should have proven experience in managing fundraising and event activities, including the implementation, analysis, and management of a project. They will also be part of the team responsible for tasks relating to project fundraising that build and deliver income. Through clear communication, they will build effective internal working relationships with key members of staff and set clear project objectives to meet strategic needs.

You will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to deliver the project goals. The role requires strong communication, planning, and organisational skills along with strong administrative experience and outstanding time management values.
