Care Enquiries Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Care Enquiries Administrator to join our team at Healthcare Homes. As a key member of our Enquiries team, you will play a vital role in supporting care seekers, families, and health and social care professionals in accessing the right care services for their needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to working with older people and adults with disabilities. Previous experience and knowledge of the care industry are desirable, but full training and support will be provided.

Key responsibilities will include:
