As a Workshop Production Lead, you will play a key role in our client's manufacturing process, overseeing the production of high-quality components and assemblies. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, you will work closely with the design and production teams to ensure that products meet the required standards.

To succeed in this position, you will need CAD experience, preferably with SolidWorks, and proficiency in programming manual and CNC machines. You should also be able to work effectively with a variety of materials and tools, and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the workshop's daily activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. You will also collaborate with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
