About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at Low Carbon Contracts Company. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Executive Directors and their leadership teams to drive business outcomes through people.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective management of employee relations and organisational change, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making. You will be confident in using data to define people priorities and solutions, and will have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Executive Directors and their leadership teams to drive business outcomes through people
  • Manage employee relations cases and work with the People Operations team to build team capability and improve service delivery
  • Use data to define people priorities and solutions, and inform decision making across the people lifecycle
  • Support talent attraction and drive advocacy for our employer brand and opportunities
  • Drive a high-performance culture in your functions, ensuring effective use of feedback and robust management of underperformance and behaviours not consistent with our culture and values
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure development needs are well understood, line manager capability is built, and high potential is identified and retained
  • Work alongside Internal Communications and other PBPs to ensure the effective deployment of the engagement survey
  • Lead on a range of people projects on behalf of LCCC
