About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner to join our team at Low Carbon Contracts Company. As a key member of our People Team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Executive Directors and leadership teams to drive business outcomes through people
  • Manage employee relations cases and work with the People Operations team to build team capability and improve service delivery
  • Use data to define people priorities and solutions, and inform decision making across the people lifecycle
  • Support talent attraction and drive advocacy for our employer brand and opportunities
  • Drive a high-performance culture and ensure effective use of feedback and robust management of underperformance
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure development needs are well understood and line manager capability is built
  • Partner with leaders to ensure decisions on pay enable equity and talent attraction and retention

Requirements
  • Proven experience operating as Business Partner to senior leaders and managers in a progressive, commercially focused business
  • Practical experience of managing a range of complex employee relations issues
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Results oriented, with good business acumen and strong commercial awareness
  • Broad understanding of and experience in talent acquisition, reward, learning and development, and performance and talent management
