About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized support to children with complex needs, including administering personal care and developing tailored learning plans.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with special needs in a school setting (preferred)
- Ability to administer personal care and support children with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:
- Salary range: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
