Job Title:

KS1 SEN Support Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a lovely school near Burnley.

The successful candidate will have experience working with SEN students and be comfortable administering personal care. The salary for this role is approximately £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

  • Supporting children with complex needs in a KS1 setting
  • Administering personal care and maintaining student safety
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to develop effective lesson plans

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students in a school setting
  • Comfortable administering personal care and supporting students with complex needs
  • Degree or equivalent in Education, Childcare, or related field (desirable)
