">We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at The Early Careers Company. As a Talent Development Associate, you'll support our clients in delivering exceptional talent acquisition solutions.
">- Build and develop relationships with our key stakeholders, providing expert account management.
- Advisory and consulting services to our clients on their early talent strategies.
- Conduct thorough research on client histories, growth strategies, and roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client-facing environment.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum
