Empower Young People as an Early Careers Strategist

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Early Careers Strategies team at The Early Careers Company. As an Early Careers Strategist, you'll help clients design, build, and implement world-class early careers infrastructure.

  1. Develop and advise on early talent strategies, including designing/improving interview processes and reviewing/developing hiring plans.
  2. Work closely with our clients to deliver on mandates and hiring campaigns, across the UK, EU, US, and Asia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
