">Your Responsibilities
">- ">
- You will work closely with our key clients to deliver on mandates and hiring campaigns across various sectors, from Consumer Goods to Venture Capital and Nonprofits to Commodities.">
- You will build and develop relationships with stakeholders to advise on early talent strategies – including designing/improving interview processes and reviewing/developing hiring plans.">
- You will develop compelling narratives around client histories, growth, business models, structures, processes and roles to deliver to potential joiners, ensuring a smooth, consistent and high-quality candidate experience.">
- You will identify, approach and build relationships with candidates – typically young people, with limited or no work experience. We see ourselves as guides and educators – identifying what people would be good at and where they would fit, and explaining these sectors/industries/functions to them.">
- You will manage hiring processes to create a fantastic experience for the businesses we work with, and our candidates.">
What You Need

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.">
- 0-1 year of professional working experience in a client or customer-facing environment.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
